Dual Master of Business Administration


In keeping with our commitment to innovation and academic adventure, the Swiss School of Management, European University of Rome offers a joint dual MBA degree program through which students can pursue study in a combination of specializations. This program is offered jointly between SSM EUR and INSEEC in Paris.

Assessment

Each course is worth 4 Credit Points and is assessed by either an examination or an assignment, or by a combination of both. The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is granted to participants who achieve 60 ECTS; it is classified as Pass, Merit or Distinction, depending upon performance in the modules and project.

Participating students are required to fulfil the above requirements to obtain access to the dual master degree. In addition, INSEEC will honour classes that are completed at the Swiss School of Management, in the manner described below:

SSM students will transfer to INSEEC in Paris at the beginning of the spring term for a duration of seven weeks (from end of May to mid July), where they have to take seven classes in one of the INSEEC's MBA concentrations stated below:

- Marketing

- Luxury Management

- Human Resources Management

- Finance

After finishing the program at INSEEC, a transcript with the examination results of each candidate will be sent to Swiss school of Management. The final thesis or Project will be done in Rome following the Thesis Handbook of SSM. The thesis defence will be done in Rome in front of SSM and INSEEC faculty representatives. INSEEC will award its MBA degree contemporarily with the SSM MBA degree during the official graduation ceremony held at the European University of Rome.



Time for completion and start of the program

The program can be complete within one academic year.


Entry Criteria

The Minimum requirements to be met by participants include:

a. A score of 88 or better on TOELF (internet based) for students whose native language is not English or a letter of recommendation of an English professor of the Swiss School of Management.

b. An above average GPA acquired in previous university studies

c. Bachelor’s degree

·  Two reference letters
·  Two passport-sized photographs
