Master of Business Administration (MBA)

An MBA is recognized in every country as higher form of management qualification. It is often a measure for the increase in salary and a promotion. One of the most common reasons Participants give for pursuing an MBA is a career change. The SSM MBA is a 12 months program and is based on a common curriculum and a major. The core curriculum consists of General Management courses.
Upon successful completion of the core curriculum  each student progresses towards the specialization courses (Major). The program is designed to equip Participants with capabilities required for successful career of General Managerial level and beyond.

Program Overview

Introduction

Whichever MBA Major you choose, the emphasis is on your active participation and the sharing of ideas and experiences. Beyond this, learning and teaching methods are varied and tailored to the module or session; we include lectures, syndicate or small group work, case discussions, audio-visual material, visits and visiting speakers, computer-based activities, self-assessment exercises, manager presentations, outdoor exercises, reading and private study.

Assessment

Each course (module) is worth 4 Credit Points and is assessed by either an examination or an assignment, or by a combination of both.
